Our Organic Pitted Deglet Nour Dates are succulently sweet with a delicious caramel flavour.  As they are quite squidgy (not quite as soft as medjool dates though) they are convenient for blending into cakes and homemade bars. No need to remove the pips from these dates as they come pitted for your convenience!

Low in fat and a good source of fibre, potassium, B vitamins, magnesium and iron they are the perfect healthy snack!

We recommend storing our dates in a cool, dry place.  Our dates may have white bloom on the outside, this occurs due to the natural sugars and because no preservatives or oils have been used on our dates.

Suggested use:

Excellent to snack on right out the bag or stuffed with our walnuts and almonds, cashew nut pastes or for a decadent snack dip in our chocolate couverture! Dates are a great way to naturally sweeten smoothies, homemade bars and cakes and with no pits, they are easy to add to your homemade blends.
