Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item

Send your return to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
