Our Toasted (Unsalted) Almonds are delicious, crisp, rich tasting nuts. Our almonds are dry toasted without any oils or salt to release the rich, intense almond flavour. Our almonds come with the skins on for all the almond goodness (the skin contains additional fibre and Vitamin E). Almonds are high in protein (25g per 100g) and fibre (10g per 100g) and are an excellent source of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and vitamin E.  They are also rich is magnesium, calcium, selenium, iron, potassium, niacin, phosphorous, copper and zinc.
Suggested uses:
Snack straight from the bag or mix with our other savoury nuts. Â A great table snack for sharing. Ideal for homemade nut butters as the toasting releases the oils in the nuts and enhances the overall almond flavour so the resulting butter is much richer and runnier than almond paste made with untoasted almonds.
